Mission

The Mission of the 24/7 Youth Ministry is to promote the practical application of the Word of God in everyday life. Through interactive teachings, discussions, and various activities youth will learn how to appreciate their uniqueness having fun by living the Word, and sharing the Word. They will be encouraged to worship, study the Bible, fellowship with other believers, and become prayer warriors, developing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Thereby being equipped and empowered to succeed in every situation.

YOUTH ARE OUR PRECIOUS COMMODITY: Young people need to understand that they are precious in the eyes of God. Each has a treasure and special gift that is valuable to the Kingdom of God.

TRAINED IN BECOMING MORE THAN AN OVERCOMER: With so many voices vying for their attention, it is important that young people hearken unto the voice of the Holy Spirit through bible study, prayer, speaking the Word, and the worship of God.

HONESTY AND INTEGRITY: In other words be real. Youth will be encouraged to be real with who they are in Christ. God does not require them to be perfect, just to have an earnest desire to love him. Deuteronomy 6:5 says,“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.”

OUTLET TO SHARE THEIR GIFT: There are many ways one can effectively share faith, and belief in Jesus Christ. Through service and outreach opportunities, weekly services, and special events and programs, youth will learn how to share their faith in a practical way.

FUN & FELLOWSHIP: In a loving atmosphere, youth laugh, play, and build positive relationships with the intent of establishing their walk with Christ. Young people appreciate that being a Christian is fun, exciting, and a powerful experience. Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

LWCC Youth Ministry meets every Thursday night at 7:30pm. Sessions are open to youth in grades 6-12 grade.
